Oh sure that's Texas, but here in Minnesota, I have a friend who brought ten acres in Farmington to build a home. She doesn't farm, has no equipment and no plans to farm, isn't a farmer, has never farmed... imagine her surprise when she got a check for several hundred dollars at the end of the year for not farming. Wonder why my check got delayed?
