Sharon Marko (MN D) has dropped out of the running for Congressional District 2. My source says that she announced on MPR just after 3 PM. Beside entering the race too late for the necessary fundraising, coming out of last weeks convention, Coleen Rowley had a solid 70 % of the delegates in their camp. However, having Marko in the campaign helped focus Coleen Rowley's campaign and managed to get their field organization built into a strong grassroots base.
Now it's time to focus on John Kline and a win in CD2 this November!
