The Friday Fringes

Got back from vacation last week...wondering if I should travel more...and other things....

"We have had two big presidential decisions from both candidates - the first time we can clearly judge their decision-making skills. Obama’s was prudent, cautious, thoroughly vetted, and serious about governing. McCain’s was impulsive, rash, barely vetted and decided at the last minute by a small coterie that left everyone else gasping." - Andrew Sullivan

"I need to know if she really thinks dinosaurs were here 4000 years ago because she's gonna have the nuclear codes". - Matt Damon

"I've been so focused on state government, I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq." –Sarah Palin in March 2007

"At what point did Obama consider choosing Biden who garnered about 70,000 votes over Hillary who garnered over 18 million votes as being a 'winning' stradegy? Just asking!" - hillary supporter,

"Welcome to the human race with its wars, disease and brutality. You with your innocence and grace, restore some pride and dignity to a world in decline. Welcome to a special place in a heart of stone that's cold and grey. " the pretenders

"I'd stay but my shift is over" -Dr. Dog

My shift ended too...have a sunny weekend.
