If this is correct, then taking a 'virginity pledge' is really worthless and puts teens more at risk for STD. So why are we still funding 'abstinence-only' programs? They don't work and it really is the responsibility of the family to provide morals...it's the responsibility of schools to actually use facts and educate...CATastropic
They had me until Canada...there's no way on this frozen tundra that Canada would even consider taking Minnesota...er...at least until our hockey improves.
