Al Franken will be seated...eventually.. but in the meanwhile sore loser Norm will file in higher state court...again...sigh... because GOP ideology is more important than Minnesota's voters... But if Norm and the rushpublicants insist on taking this on to the federal level (weren’t they “State’s Rights” people just yesterday?)…. they will be laughed out of court with SCOTUS refusing to even hear the case!
