I grew up reading comic books wanting to be a superhero. Comics taught me that those who speak the truth are heroes, all the rest are liars.

Secrets From The Log Cabin

Foster Chase, a gay student from UNC-Chapel Hill, has written about his from-the-inside experience at the weekend convention of the Log Cabin Republicans. He covers a lot of area and some of it is down right surprising, like the revelation that 24% of gay voters went for Bush in 2000... and in 2004. What does that mean? Do they really think he'll help them, their causes and issues? Why? Chase even addresses conflicts between the group and the GOP base but he also looks at the LCRs. It's an interesting must read.
